Dr. Lois D. Wiley Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Secondary Education and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development (MSHRD) from Indiana State University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University; and a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Indiana State University. She holds a Certificate of Mediation from Indiana State University. Dr. Lois is currently a faculty member of Capella University in the School of Business and Technology. She consults in support of online higher education, and in the areas of training and development programs for business and industry.
