Western New York author Dr. Dionne Kress holds several accredited degrees; a Bachelors of Social Work from the State University College at Buffalo (BA); a Masters of Social Work from the University of Buffalo (MS); and a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership from University Of Phoenix School Of Advanced Studies.
Dr. Dionne Kress is a Leadership Professional, Certified Business, and Executive Coach. She helps businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals in leadership roles define and accomplish personal and professional goals. Dr. Kress is the owner of D.M.Kress, LLC. She is also certified as a Fitness Trainer, designing and developing a program for professional leaders incorporating the mind, body, and spirit in the leadership development process.
Dr. Kress is an adjunct professor with Medaille College in Buffalo, New York where she teaches in the Accelerated Learning program for both the Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Organizational Leadership programs.
Dr. Kress has 15 years of successful business management and sales experience including two Fortune 500 companies. Additionally, she has 6 years clinical practice experience as a family therapist facilitating the process of positive change for both individuals and families.
Additionally, Dr. Kress serves on the Board of Directors for Hope For Two, a not-for profit organization. She has been invited to be a keynote and motivational speaker for the Annual Women’s Weekend in Ellicottville and the March of Dimes.
