Dr. Stephanie Hoffman


Dr. Stephanie B. Hoffman resides in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Stephanie holds several accredited degrees; a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Vassar College; a Master of Science in Gerontology from Pennsylvania State University; and a Doctorate of Human Development and Family Studies Life Span Developmental Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Stephanie is an Associate Faculty Member at University of Phoenix and Grand Canyon University, approved to teach leadership, research design, residencies, teamwork, and lifespan psychology courses. Dr. Stephanie chairs student committees at both universities. She enjoys interacting with students, encouraging them to publish their dissertation research.

Dr. Stephanie is the Designated Learning Officer of the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital, responsible for the training of 4500 employees. She has recently published about a career fit model in government and is currently researching barriers and facilitators to employee development. Dr. Stephanie is a member of the Diversity Research Hub at the University of Phoenix. She previously served as an industrial organizational psychologist to enhance teamwork for the Veterans Administration.
