Dr. Grady Batchelor


Dr. Grady L. Batchelor, Jr. resides in southern New Hampshire. Dr. Grady holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management of Human Resources and a Master of Arts (MA) in Management from Bellevue University; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Touro University International; and a Doctor of Management (DM) from Colorado Technical University. Dr. Grady is also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Certified Manager (CM), and a Fellow of the RSA.

Dr. Grady is Associate Vice President, Center for Teaching and Learning, at American Public University System, and Associate Professor of management and public administration.

Dr. Grady is also President of Grady Batchelor & Associates, Inc., an award-winning management consulting practice. Previously, he was President of the Winston County IDA and Chairman of the I-22 Development Commission. His doctoral research, An Ethnographic Action Research Case Study: Developing a Regional Transorganizational Network for Building Community Capacity to Undertake Large-Scale Economic Development Projects, provided him the opportunity to gain in-depth, first-hand, professional and academic expertise in facilitating large-scale change, conducting ethnographic action research, and designing innovative organizational models.
