Biography:
Southern California author Dr. Judy Fisher-Blando holds several accredited degrees: a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management; a Master’s of Art (MA) in Organizational Management; and a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies. She has also obtained her Six Sigma Black Belt certificate.
Dr. Judy is an adjunct professor for Walden University, Capella University, and University of Phoenix, teaching classes in organizational behavior, ethical responsibility, and research methods. She is an expert on workplace bullying, writing her research dissertation about Workplace Bullying: Aggressive Behavior and Its Effect on Job Satisfaction and Productivity. In addition, she is a Life Coach, coaching leaders on how to develop High Performance Organizations, coaching the targets of workplace bullies, and giving presentations on Finding and Measuring your Joy.
