Dr. Jody L. Sandwisch is the President and CEO of ShoreIT Solutions, LLC, a small IT consulting company serving customers within the DoD industry. She is also President and CEO of SPADES Consulting Services, another small IT consulting company that services customers within the private sector industries and Higher Education. ShoreIT Solutions, LLC and SPADES Consulting Services, LLC both specialize in Project Management, Process Engineering and Microsoft SharePoint Architecture, Administration and Development

Dr. Jody’s experience spans over 15 years in the areas of systems engineering and project management in both government and private sector arenas. Her expertise includes SharePoint administration, architectural design, and custom business solution development. Jody’s focus is on assessing organizational dynamics and integrating leadership and business concepts with technology solutions to affect and cultivate positive change.

As President and CEO of ShoreIT Solutions and SPADES Consulting Services, Jody is responsible for daily operations, management and business development initiatives. Dr. Jody also provides Project Management and SharePoint consulting services for her customers.

Prior to her current position, Dr. Jody served at several organizations in roles focusing on the areas of business process and requirements, project management leadership and oversight, customer needs analysis, strategic planning, and systems engineering.

Dr. Jody has a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership. Her undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting (BS) and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS). She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Microsoft IT Professional (MCITP) in SharePoint 2010 Administration, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) in SharePoint 2010 Configuration.
