Dr. Aaron M. Glassman


Dr. Aaron M. Glassman holds several accredited degrees; a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Human Development from Empire State College; a Master of Aeronautical Science degree (MAS) with a specialization in Human Factors, and a Doctor of Management Degree (DM) from the University of Maryland University College.  He is also an FAA Safety Team Representative and serves on numerous panels, committees, and serves on the editorial review board of the Enterprise Architecture Body of Knowledge (EABOK).

Dr. Glassman is an Assistant Professor in the College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  His interest in gender and leadership stems from his experience as a pilot, flight instructor, and aviation training business owner where he worked tirelessly to increase diversity in the pilot population.  Dr. Glassman also works pro bono with numerous women and minority owned business as a business development and strategic planning coach.  His overarching goals as both a scholar and practitioner are to help organizations reach their full potential and leverage the power of people.
