Dr. Samuel Hayes, Jr.


Biography:

Dr. Samuel L. Hayes, Jr., resides in the historic town of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Dr. Sam holds several accredited degrees: a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Management from University of Phoenix; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from American Intercontinental University, a Master of Science (MS) in Information Strategy and Political Warfare from Naval Postgraduate School; and a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership from Capella University. He also severed in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence enlisted Solider and as a Cavalry officer. Currently, he is serving in special operations as a Civil Affairs officer, with over a combined 20 years of experience.

Dr. Sam is also the Apostle of His Glory International Ministries and an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

He is an impactful author known for a co-authored thesis on Civil Affairs 2025: The Strategic Design of Civil Affairs, challenging the status quo to redesign Civil Affairs for the future environment. Additional published works include his dissertation: Relational Leadership and Global Networks: An Exploratory Qualitative Study, Design Thinking and Civil Affairs’ Future, and 82nd Civil Affairs Battalion’s Last Deployed Company: Lessons Learned.
