Biography:
Dr. Linda J. Gutsch, a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education from Kansas State University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Denver, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Denver. She holds endorsements as an elementary teacher and school administrator.
Dr. Linda is an Associate Faculty Member of the University of Phoenix, approved to teach courses in the Masters in Educational Administration Program and the School of Advanced Studies for the University of Phoenix, where she serves as a Dissertation Chair and committee member. In addition, Dr. Linda reviews and revises curriculum for the College of Education at University of Phoenix, and supervises student teachers.
Dr. Linda serves as an educational consultant in the areas of staff development and school improvement. She has served as a facilitator for Critical Friends Groups, and the Learning Network. She is a member of Phi Delta Kappa, an international association for professional educators. Her doctoral research, A Study of Women Elementary School Principals Perceptions of Gender Issues, provided her the opportunity to share her passion for women and leadership in education and gave her entry into teaching online with students from around the world.
