Biography:
Dr. Joseph W. T. Pugh is an Associate Professor of Business Administration at Immaculata University, where he teaches Organizational Leadership, Business Law, and Management Information Systems as well as being the faculty moderator of the Immaculata chapter of Sigma Beta Delta, the business and management honor society. He is a retired U.S. Army officer. His experience includes several assignments in the field of education and training management.
Dr. Pugh holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Political Science from Drexel University; a Master of Arts (MA) in Management and Human Relations from Webster University; a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Averett University; and a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies.
Dr. Pugh’s research interests include Organization Theory, Organizational Leadership and Leadership Development, Critical Thinking and Military History.
A native of Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Pugh currently resides in Haddonfield, NJ with his wife Anne.
Additional published works include his dissertation: Methods Used for the Assessment of Student Outcomes from Master’s Degree Programs in Organizational Leadership and the facilitators’ and learners’ guides for Immaculata University’s courses in Business Law and Issues in Management.
