Dr. Dustin J. Pawlak


Biography:

Michigan author Dr. Dustin J. Pawlak holds several accredited degrees; a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Occupational Education from Wayland Baptist University; a Master of Arts (MA) in Human Resources Development from Webster University; a Master of Arts (MA) in Management also from Webster University; and a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies.

Dr. Pawlak has over 20 years of civilian and military experience working in leadership, administration, military and international protocol, and educational instruction. He is currently employed by the Department of Defense as the Director of Human Resources at an Air Force Installation in North Carolina. Additionally, Dr. Pawlak serves as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Reserve.

Dr. Pawlak has numerous military and civilian awards including 10 service medals for outstanding military achievement and two Senior Civilian of the Year awards.

He is an active member of the Military Officers Association of America and the Air Force Sergeants Association.
