Dr. Cynthia Roundy has a B.S. in Biology from Syracuse University, an M.S. in Human Resource Management and Development from Chapman University, and a Doctorate in Management (DM) from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies. Employed over 20 years by a major Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Organization, her current role is Quality Assurance Manager of Compliance and Technical Training.
Dr. Roundy is on the Board of Directors of the YWCA in Syracuse, New York. Currently, she is authoring a book on the topic of leadership that is inclusive of the workplace bullying problem. Dr. Roundy offers seminars related to the root cause of bullying, how it deleteriously impacts employees and the organization, and why it must be ameliorated through powerful legislation.
