Dr. Cheryl Lentz is an international best-selling author, and keynote speaker, She holds a Doctor of Management Degree (DM) in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Music History from the University of Illinois in Champaign, Urbana.

Dr. Cheryl, affectionately known as Doc C to her students, is a university professor of nearly 20 years, on faculty with Capella University, Embry-Riddle University, Grand Canyon University, and Walden University. Dr. Cheryl serves as a dissertation mentor / chair and committee member. She is also a dissertation coach, offering expertise as a professional editor for APA style for graduate thesis and doctoral dissertations, as well as faculty journal publications and books.

Awards include: Walden Faculty of the Year, DBA Program, 2016, UOP community service award, and 20 writing awards.

Dr. Cheryl is also an active member of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority.

She is a prolific author with more than 40 publications known for her writings on The Golden Palace Theory of Management and refractive thinking. Additional published works include her dissertation: Strategic Decision Making in Organizational Performance, Journey Outside the Golden Palace, The Consumer Learner, Technology That Tutors, Effective Study Skills, The Dissertation Toolbox, International Best Seller: The Expert Success Solution, and contributions to the award winning series: The Refractive Thinker®: Anthology of Doctoral Learners, Volumes I-XVI.
