Dr. Cam Caldwell combines extensive executive leadership with almost 30 years of graduate teaching in management and executive development programs. As Executive Director for the Center for Organizational Excellence for 18 years, he provided management consulting services to public and private sector organizations in the western United States. He also served in municipal management roles, in Michigan and Illinois, overseeing complex organizations and implementing performance improvement systems. During this period he completed the Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at the John F. Kennedy School of Government, at Harvard University.
Dr. Caldwell also has many years of teaching experience in universities throughout the United States. In addition to Organizational Behavior, his expertise includes business ethics, business policy, change management, leadership, and human resource management.
Dr. Caldwell is published in numerous applied business journals, including the Academy of Management Review, Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics; Organizational Ethics: Healthcare, Business, and Policy, Journal of Academic Ethics; Human Resource Management, and International Journal of Organizational Analysis.
Cam Caldwell received his PhD in Business Administration from Washington State University and his Bachelor of Arts in Science, Masters in Organizational Behavior, and Masters Public Administration from Brigham Young University. He also received his Master of Arts in Political Science from University of Illinois-Chicago Circle.
