Dr. Arnie Witchel


Biography:

Dr. Arnie Witchel resides in Orlando, Florida and holds several accredited degrees; a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Memphis; a Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix; and a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Sarasota. He holds certifications from DDI/Achieve Global, Myers Briggs, and DiSC.

Dr. Arnie, or as his students call him, Dr. A, is President of Witchel & Associates, an organization development and training firm specializing in leadership and team development, whose clients range from the hospitality industry to defense contractors and government agencies. He is a university professor on faculty with the University of Phoenix, Walden University, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and Palm Beach Atlantic University.

He is the co-author of two books, How to Teach and Train Online and How to Learn Online, and his dissertation The Use of Psychographics as an Indicator of Job Success for Online Faculty was the basis of two article summaries by Melcrum Publications.
