Dr. Annie Brown


Biography:

International trainer and motivational speaker Dr. Annie H. Brown holds several nationally accredited degrees:   Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Applied Management and Decision Science with  Leadership and Organizational Change specialization from Walden University; Master of Business Administration (MBA)  from Francis Marion University (FMU); Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a management concentration and English cognate from FMU; Associate of Science (A.S) in Data Processing (comparable to Computer Technology) from Florence Darlington Technical College.

Dr. Brown, Chief Executive Officer of AnnBro International Training and Business Consulting, is a university professor with University of Phoenix (UOP) and Walden University.  At Walden Dr. Brown also serves as University Research Reviewer and doctoral committee chair and faculty mentor for doctoral learners as well as doctoral study committee member for Walden and UOP.  Dr. Brown offers expertise in editing professional documents (e.g. thesis, dissertations, & college accreditation documents) to include APA style.  Dr. Brown is actively involved as board member and participant in many civic and community organizations.

Dr. Brown’s exceptional interpersonal skills and more than 25 years training expertise are assets as she provides diverse types of training, to include leadership, team-building, communication, customer service, conflict resolution, personality typing, life coach, sustainability, and working with diverse generations of people.   As a toastmaster certified distinguished speaker, Dr. Brown brings extraordinary enthusiasm to the stage as she speaks to audiences of all ages in varied organizations.  She is very passionate about speaking to educational audiences.

Additional published works include her dissertation:  A Study of Leadership Failure: Perceptions of Leaders within a Community College System, October 2005.  She is currently conducting research on the impact of leadership failure in diverse organizations and character building.
